Yet again comes a post about Twitter. I have previously written about twitter and what it is here, so I presume you all have a basic idea of what it is. If not, I’ve attached a video at the very bottom which takes you through the principles in an easy matter.

So why am I talking so much about Twitter, will I never shut up?

Well, the answer to that is no – not until you sign up and start using Twitter. I truly believe that you will sign up sooner or later, just like you did when Facebook “came” to Norway. Americans used Facebook long before we norwegians did, and the few people using it in Norway tried hardly to convince their friends that Facebook was a cool thing, and that it would be popular. No one believed them, but what happened in the end? You know the answer to that. And since you do, is it so hard to believe that Twitter will follow the same stages? Twitter is now where Facebook was a couple years ago; very popular in the states – not so popular here, yet. But, again, I think it will be. So what do you think about being one of the first persons to start using this? Someone has to be the first!

I also want to share some great news with you mac users out there. On Monday, a great Twitter application will be available to us for downloading. It is called “Tweetie” and some of you might have heard of it before. The reason probably being that Tweetie is currently only available as a Dashboard widget. Now, however, it will also come as a full application, with lots more functionality. I will attach a video showing off this app at the end of this post.
